1.Time flies! This Friday will be the last class of the Spring 2009 semester. We greatly appreciate your understanding and your enthusiastic support over the past school year. A mere “thank you” cannot express how grateful we are for your help on whatever the school needs. However, I would still like to express our gratitude to you on behalf of the Management Team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
2.
As the Influenza A (H1N1) virus is still active in the community, we would like to take extra precautions when holding the school-wide School End Ceremony. If you or your family members have fever or symptoms similar to the flu, we encourage you to stay at home and rest. If you are unable to attend the ceremony because of this, AACCOM can hold your certificates and trophies and issue them at a later date for you. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Should you have any concern or suggestion, please feel free to contact me anytime. I can be reached at 1-313-492-4921. Thank you! (You may

3.Our School End Ceremony will take place at 7:30pm in the Multi-Purpose Room this Friday (5/29). [Please

The awards and trophies will be delivered to the winners of the Chinese Speech/Read-a-loud/Storytelling contests (all contestants will be presented with a trophy for participating); there will also be five high school seniors graduating from AACCOM! Please don’t forget to bring your cameras. Refreshments will be served after the ceremony, and we hope everyone can stay back to enjoy the warmth and happiness shared by the AACCOM Family!
I would also like to remind everyone of the hard work and tireless contribution of our teachers in the past year. If you come across our teachers in the ceremony, it would be nice to encourage our teachers by saying “thank you” to them!
4.We are very happy to announce that Mr. Albert Liu will take over the responsibility of leading the AACCOM in the next school year. On behalf of the AACCOM members, I sincerely appreciate his enthusiasm and sacrifice. I believe AACCOM will continue to improve significantly under his leadership. Please give him your full supports! If you would like to contact the Chinese school during the summer, please feel free to email aaccom@yahoo.com. Last but not least, we would like to wish you a fantastic summer vacation!
From the Academic Administrator
1.This Friday (5/29) will be the last day of our Spring 2009 class. All AACCOM students, including students in the Pre-B class, please arrive at the Chinese school at 7:00pm. After staying with the teacher and the class for 30 minutes, the teacher will take the class to the Multi-Purpose Room for the School End Ceremony. No class for all extra curriculum classes this Friday.
From the Student Administrator
1.Dear parents and students, please make sure that you take all your belongings with you when leaving the classroom, because Friday is the last day of this school year.
2.Class parents/students on duty please check the classroom and make sure nothing was left in the room; please also close the windows and the doors, and turn off the light before leaving the classroom.
3.All members/parents please follow our parking rules and park your vehicles at the appropriate spots.
4.Please remind your child/ren not to run in the hall way due to safety concerns. If you see any student running in the hall way, please help us tell them not to do so.
5.If your class has a party in the classroom on the last day of class, please make sure that the classroom is cleaned up and organized. Last year, we received a complaint right after the school end ceremony. We hope this type of incident will not happen again this year. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
